After checking in to the Exeter Youth Hostel, showered and changed we made our way to meet up with Ollie's mum & dad (Roger & Ruth) who live 1mile away from the digs.. On route we collected ICE for the debut ice bath which as you can see each member had to endure a minimum of 10 minutes.... Ruth had prepared a wonderful meal for us all and we also had the pleasure of seeing Ollie's auntie Gill & grand-daughter Stephaninni who are on vacation from Canada.. The time is now 2247hrs and we are all exhausted so bed time it is ready for our 6am start.. Day 2 is even further than today....
